I am working with a boutique law firm located on the outskirts of Manchester who are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience who is confident managing their own caseload and is looking to join a personable, well-established practice offering high-quality residential work.
The Role
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
- Working closely with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions
- Running files independently with support where required
The Ideal Candidate
- Residential Conveyancer or qualified Solicitor
- At least 3 years’ experience handling their own residential caseload
- Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
