An opportunity to manage Occupiers’ Liability and Public Liability claims in Manchester, with hybrid working and salary up to £60,000 depending on experience.
You will investigate accidents involving premises and public spaces, analyse duties and liability and gather witness, documentary and expert evidence. The work includes valuing claims, preparing litigation documents, progressing proceedings and negotiating settlement.
You should have at least two years’ experience managing your own files. Applications are welcome from candidates with relevant personal injury litigation experience who want to move into OL/PL work; retraining is available.
You will need practical litigation skills, clear drafting and the ability to keep clients informed while managing deadlines and evidence. The caseload and salary will reflect your relevant experience.
