We are partnering with an innovative niche law firm that exclusively represents clients who have suffered Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI). With a focused pipeline of high‑value cases and ambitious growth plans, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a Grade A Lawyer (Solicitor or CILEx) to work within a team of experienced professionals specialising in Traumatic Brain and Catastrophic Injury claims.

The Role

Operating differently from traditional firms, they maintain very low caseloads to prioritise excellence in client care and support. In this position you will manage approximately five complex, high‑value TBI cases, with the opportunity to handle a mixed caseload that includes clinical negligence claims, furthering your professional development.

The Ideal Candidate

We seek highly motivated lawyers (Solicitors or CILEx) with a minimum of eight years PQE and experience managing multi‑track serious injury cases. While extensive TBI experience is not essential – training and support will be provided – you should have solid experience in:

  • Preparing schedules of loss
  • Drafting witness statements
  • Handling claims exceeding £500,000

Whats on Offer

The client offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package, with clear career progression as the firm grows. The role is grounded in collaboration with healthcare professionals and third‑sector organisations, providing a meaningful opportunity to impact the lives of those affected by brain injuries.

Remote Work

Remote work is available for four days per week, with one day required in the Manchester office. Additional flexibility will be available once you are settled and established in the role.
