I'm currently working with a well-established and growing personal injury practice that is looking to recruit an RTA Fee Earner to join its expanding team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for either a qualified or non-qualified Fee Earner looking to join a business that is continuing to invest in its people, offers genuine career progression and provides a steady flow of quality work.
The Role
- You will manage your own caseload of RTA matters, including:
- Portal claims
- Claims that have exited the Portal
- Pre-Litigation and Litigation files
- Predominantly Fast Track work, with some Intermediate Track and Multi-Track matters
The role offers plenty of autonomy whilst also providing the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
About You
- Applications are welcomed from both qualified and non-qualified candidates who can demonstrate:
- Experience handling RTA claims
- Experience dealing with Portal matters and claims that have exited the Portal
- Ability to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision
- Strong client care and communication skills
- A proactive and organised approach
- Litigation experience would be desirable, but is not essential
