I'm currently working with a growing personal injury practice that is looking to appoint a Senior EL/PL Lawyer to join its expanding litigation team in Huddersfield. This opportunity would suit either a qualified solicitor or an experienced non-qualified lawyer who is looking to join a business with genuine growth plans, excellent quality work and clear opportunities for progression.

The Role

You will manage a caseload of litigated Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims, consisting predominantly of Fast Track matters together with some Intermediate Track and Multi-Track work. You will be trusted to run your own caseload while working as part of a supportive and experienced litigation team.

About You

Applications are welcomed from qualified and non-qualified candidates who have:

  • Previous EL/PL litigation experience
  • Experience handling litigated Fast Track claims
  • Exposure to Intermediate Track and/or Multi-Track work
  • Strong technical ability and case management skills
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
