THE ROLE:
The work is varied: providing a broad range of expert advice to healthcare professionals facing NHS, professional discipline (regulatory) and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, involved in inquests or defending clinical negligence claims. They have a well-established team and are now looking to bring in another experienced Solicitor to the team – ideally to focus on Healthcare Regulatory work.
