If you’re looking to join a forward-thinking, values-driven claimant firm with genuine flexibility and a strong people-first culture, this could be an excellent next step. We’re working with a highly regarded claimant personal injury practice that is continuing to invest in its Serious & Catastrophic Injury offering in Warwick. Due to the structure of the team, they are now looking to appoint an Associate-level (Grade B) Solicitor or Legal Executive who can play a key role in supervising and supporting junior colleagues. This role offers a balance of hands-on fee earning, technical input, and people leadership, within a supportive and well-established team environment.
The Role
- Manage your own caseload of serious and catastrophic injury matters
- Handle high-value and complex claims, including catastrophic injury work
- Supervise, coach and support junior fee earners (Grade C and D)
- Provide guidance and technical support to colleagues as required
- Deputise for Senior Associates where appropriate
- Contribute to business development and help grow the team’s profile locally
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (4-7 PQE)
- Previous or current experience of supervising junior colleagues
- Strong background in claimant Serious and/or Catastrophic Injury work
- Experience managing multi-track personal injury claims
- Clear, confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Committed to delivering excellent outcomes and client service
