We are now seeking a talented and dedicated EL/PL Solicitor / Legal Executive to join our dynamic team.

As an EL/PL Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases involving employers' and public liability claims. You will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting investigations, and representing our clients in court. Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a caseload of EL/PL claims from inception to resolution
  • Conducting thorough legal research and providing sound legal advice to clients

  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the successful outcome of cases

Qualifications:
  • Qualified or Non Qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 1 year experience in Personal Injury Litigation - preferably in claimant EL/PL, but will consider someone from a defendant background
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
