Practice Area: Court of Protection / Private Client
Salary: £55k-£70k DOE
The Role
You will work on a varied and high-value Court of Protection caseload, including:
- Deputyship applications and ongoing deputyship work
- Property and financial affairs matters
- Health and welfare issues
- Advising vulnerable clients, families, and professional deputies
- Liaising with medical professionals, local authorities, and third parties
In addition to fee-earning, you will play an active role in business development, attending networking events, building referral relationships, and contributing to the growth and profile of the department.
Requirements
- 2+ years PQE in Court of Protection / private client work
- Strong technical knowledge of Court of Protection matters
- A genuine interest in business development and networking
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- Ambitious, proactive, and commercially aware
