I'm working with a leading claimant law firm seeking an ambitious litigator who wants to build a long-term career in Clinical Negligence. Whether your background is Serious Injury, EL/PL, Defendant Litigation or wider Civil Litigation, this role offers a genuine opportunity to transition into one of the most rewarding areas of law.

You'll gain exposure to high-value brain injury, cerebral palsy, fatal and inquest work whilst receiving the support, training and development needed to become a specialist Clinical Negligence lawyer. What matters most is not your current specialism - it's your ability to litigate. The firm is looking for lawyers who are comfortable progressing matters through the court process and are looking for something more complex than a volume caseload.
