The Role
As a Senior Product Manager within Capco’s Product & Experience practice, you will define product strategy and translate it into delivery. You will work closely with clients and Capco teams to create products and experiences that are valuable, usable, and commercially sustainable, while operating in complex and highly regulated environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead engagements by working closely with clients and cross-functional Capco teams locally and globally.
- Create clear AI product strategies, value propositions, roadmaps, and delivery plans, including commercialisation approaches.
- Own products end to end, from discovery through delivery and iteration, adapting ways of working as needed.
- Define and develop AI use cases and demonstrated success in increasing revenues, higher engagement and/or cost efficiencies.
- Champion user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver scalable, high-value products.
- Mentor, coach and lead multidisciplinary teams across analysis, design, engineering, data, and testing, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in developing and delivering digital products/portfolios across Wealth & Asset Management, operating across advisory, discretionary or execution-only investment models, including direct-to-consumer (D2C) and intermediary-led channels.
- Knowledge of wealth and asset management products such as mutual funds, ETFs, discretionary portfolios, alternative investments, pensions, and structured products, including their lifecycle would be advantageous.
- Experience in managing investor and advisor journeys within a wealth or asset management context is advantageous, focusing on experience transformation across client onboarding, servicing and client lifecycle events.
- Strong leadership skills, including working with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
- Track record in driving commercial impact, with experience in user adoption, value creation, and sustainable growth.
- Experience working with data-led or platform products.
- Understanding of AI, GenAI, or agentic AI concepts and their product applications.
