The Role
Capco is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Wealth & Asset Management practice. This role is designed for experienced practitioners with strong content knowledge in Asset or Investment Management, rather than generalist business analysis experience. You’ll work with leading asset managers and wealth firms to deliver complex change across investment, operations, data, and technology landscapes.
You’ll combine domain depth with structured analysis to support platform implementations, data-led transformation, and emerging capabilities such as AI-enabled decisioning and automation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead business analysis workstreams across asset and investment management programmes
- Apply deep asset management knowledge to shape requirements, solutions, and outcomes
- Work closely with technology teams on platform, data, and system implementation initiatives
- Support transformation across operating models, regulatory change, and investment processes
- Communicate structured insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Business Analysis experience within Asset or Investment Management (non-generalist)
- Strong understanding of front-to-back asset management operating models and workflows
- Experience supporting technology implementation, data transformation, or platform change
- Confidence facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
- Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments using tools such as Jira
Bonus Points For
- Experience with data-driven transformation, analytics, or reporting within asset management
- Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, automation, or advanced data use cases
- Knowledge of asset management platforms or modern investment technology stacks
