The Role
As Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting Capco UK’s growth ambitions across all domains and capability areas. Reporting to the UK Sales Enablement Lead and collaborating closely with leaders across the firm, you’ll help shape and deliver the tools, content and strategic support needed to improve sales effectiveness, drive market expansion and increase win rates – particularly (but not limited to) large, complex pursuits. This is a collaborative and hands‑on enablement role, suited to someone who takes ownership of their work and enjoys supporting client‑facing teams to succeed in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and support end‑to‑end bid processes, including strategy development, solution shaping, proposal quality and orals preparation.
- Collaborate across Capco domains, capabilities and accounts to shape go‑to‑market propositions and enable sales delivery aligned to client priorities.
- Lead the development of propositions and sales collateral, including playbooks and success stories that showcase Capco’s strengths.
- Support ongoing development of core enablement tools and training, including the development and testing of GenAI prompts and Agents to support the sales lifecycle.
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, Legal and other internal teams to enhance pursuit outcomes and ensure a joined‑up sales process.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrable experience in bid strategy and bid management particularly for complex, high‑value pursuits in consulting or financial services.
- Ability to engage senior leaders and subject matter experts to translate solutions into compelling visual stories that resonate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders alike.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and client buying cycles, especially for high‑value, consultative sales.
- Previous client‑facing or delivery experience – able to empathise with client challenges, ask the right questions, shape solutions and assess delivery approaches and risk.
- A strategic thinker who can translate business goals into actionable enablement programmes.
- Exceptional communicator and storyteller with proven ability to collaborate across a matrix environment and influence senior stakeholders.
- Confidence in helping shape and challenge solution approaches in a collaborative, constructive way.
Bonus Points For
- Confidence with GenAI tools or GPT technologies in a commercial or consulting context, including development of Agents.
- Knowledge of and working experience in at least one Financial Services domain (e.g., Wealth & Asset Management, Insurance, Banking, etc.) either through industry or consulting experience.
- Understanding of UK financial services sector buying behaviours and trends.
- Experience shaping or delivering internal enablement or sales capability training programmes.
- Experience collaborating with partners on joint pursuits or go‑to‑market efforts.
- Ability to analyse pipeline and sales data to identify trends and improvement areas.
