The Role
We’re looking for experienced Project Managers with deep insight into the business and operating models of wealth managers, asset managers, and investment platforms.
You’ll work closely with top-tier clients on complex platform transformation and migration programmes—often involving systems like Aladdin, Avaloq, Cinqor, FNZ, and Charles River.
This role requires not just project management skills, but a hands-on understanding of how investment firms run front to back.
You'll also be expected to leverage approved AI tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to enhance project delivery, reporting, planning, and decision-making, while applying appropriate human judgement and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- What You’ll Do
- Lead platform change and migration projects across front office, operations, and technology functions.
- Deliver end-to-end regulatory or strategic change across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, using AI-enabled ways of working where appropriate to improve delivery efficiency and insight.
- Own project governance, tracking and reporting—ensuring transparency and proactive risk management, leveraging approved AI tools and automation to support reporting, monitoring, and project controls while maintaining appropriate review and oversight.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful outcomes.
- Guide and support client teams through change adoption, training, and business readiness, championing responsible adoption of AI-enabled ways of working where aligned to client and organisational standards.
- What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Wealth & Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Banking & Payments.
- Solid exposure to investment platforms or products—particularly Aladdin, Avaloq, Cinqor, FNZ, or Charles River.
- Strong understanding of business architecture in investment firms—front office, operations, and middle office.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with matrixed stakeholder structures.
- Effective communicator with a consultative mindset and ability to influence change.
- Curiosity and willingness to adopt approved AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve project delivery, collaboration, and productivity.
- Ability to apply sound judgement when using AI-generated outputs, ensuring appropriate validation, auditability, escalation, and compliance with responsible AI and organisational governance standards.
