You will lead large-scale transformation programmes across retail banking, corporate banking, and payments organisations — spanning digital banking, core modernisation, regulatory change, and payments innovation. Your Banking & Payments domain expertise will be as critical as your delivery leadership. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to shape strategy, define execution approaches, and deliver measurable outcomes across multi-workstream initiatives in complex, regulated environments.
What You’ll Do
- Own delivery of multi-workstream transformation programmes across Banking & Payments, including digital, regulatory, and core platform change
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams spanning business, technology, risk, and operations
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define programme objectives, governance structures, and delivery roadmaps
- Manage programme scope, financials, RAID processes, and assurance to ensure successful outcomes
- Contribute to client growth through proposal development, account expansion, and thought leadership in Banking & Payments
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience leading transformation programmes within Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, or Payments
- Strong background in a management consulting environment with client-facing delivery across complex, large-scale initiatives
- Experience delivering regulatory, operational, or digital transformation in highly regulated banking environments
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate matrix organisations
- Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models with a focus on value realisation
Bonus Points For
- Exposure to core banking modernisation or platform replacement programmes
- Knowledge of UK and/or international banking regulatory frameworks
- Experience leading multi-jurisdictional or global banking programmes
- Professional certifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent
Why Join Capco
- Deliver high-impact transformation solutions for Tier 1 banks and payments institutions
- Work in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture
- Access continuous learning, training, and industry certifications
- Be part of a team shaping the future of digital banking and payments ecosystems
- Help drive innovation across Banking & Payments and wider financial services markets
