The Role
As a Principal DevOps Engineer at Capco, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and evolution of cloud-based platforms that transform the financial services industry. You’ll work across multi-disciplinary teams to build automation pipelines, embed modern DevOps practices, and guide engineers to deliver world‑class digital solutions. What You’ll Do
- Lead DevOps strategy, architecture, and automation for large‑scale cloud and hybrid solutions.
- Champion CI/CD best practices, infrastructure‑as‑code, and container orchestration.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, efficient, and reliable platforms.
- Coach and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Partner with clients to advise on modernisation, cloud adoption, and DevOps transformation.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading DevOps initiatives within enterprise or consulting environments.
- Strong technical expertise with Azure Cloud with hands‑on use of networking and security services.
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Advanced scripting and automation skills in Python, Groovy, or similar languages.
- Deep understanding of SDLC principles and modern delivery practices, including Agile and TDD/BDD.
