Capco is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Consulting practice. This role offers the opportunity to deliver real change for clients across Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Payments, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management. You will bring strong business analysis skills, combined with domain expertise, to help solve complex challenges and enable lasting transformation. Working in a consulting environment, you will collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to define and deliver pragmatic, results-driven outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead business analysis workstreams, driving requirements definition, gap analysis, and solution design
- Translate deep industry knowledge into actionable insights across key financial services domains
- Shape and deliver business change, system implementation, and regulatory programmes
- Facilitate workshops, elicit and document requirements, and support agile or waterfall delivery
- Present structured findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
What We're Looking For
- Strong business analysis experience with proven change delivery across financial services
- Deep knowledge in one or more domains: Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Payments, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management
- Experience collaborating with delivery teams to translate business needs into functional designs
- Demonstrated consulting soft skills: adaptability, stakeholder management, structured thinking, and excellent communication
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies, with experience using tools like Jira
