- Communicate clear, structured insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Business Analysis experience within Banking or Payments (non-generalist)
- Strong understanding of banking or payments operating models and end-to-end processes
- Experience supporting technology implementation, operational change, or process transformation
- Confidence facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
- Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments using tools such as Jira

- Experience with data-led optimisation, automation, or AI-enabled operational use cases
- Understanding of UK or global banking and payments regulation
- Consulting experience within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Why Join Capco
- Deliver high-impact transformation across banking and payments organisations
- Work in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture
- Access continuous learning, training, and industry certifications
- Be part of a team shaping the future of Banking & Payments
- Help drive operational and digital transformation across global financial services

- Discretionary bonus, competitive pension, health insurance, life insurance and critical illness cover
- Mental health support including CareFirst, Unmind, Aviva consultations, and trained first aiders
- Family-friendly policies including enhanced parental leave and paid leave for key life events
- Holiday flexibility with 5 weeks' annual leave and the option to buy or sell days
- Continuous learning with a minimum of 40 hours' training annually and a Business Coach from Day One
