The Role
We are expanding our Wealth & Asset Management capability and are seeking experienced Platform Consultants to support growing client demand across strategic platform transformation programmes. We are particularly interested in professionals with experience across platforms such as Aladdin, Temenos, Avaloq, Charles River, and other front-to-back investment, wealth, and banking solutions. You will play a key role in helping clients maximise the value of their platform investments, delivering complex business and technology change initiatives while working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of platform implementation, integration, upgrade, and transformation programmes across wealth, asset management, and banking clients.
- Work with business and technology teams to optimise workflows, operating models, and platform capabilities.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements to support successful programme delivery.
- Support data migration, system integration, testing, and deployment activities across complex technology landscapes.
- Act as a trusted advisor between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and project leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working with at least one major financial services platform such as Aladdin, Temenos, Avaloq, Charles River, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience supporting platform implementation, configuration, integration, migration, or optimisation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of wealth management, asset management, investment management, or core banking processes.
- Experience working with both business and technology stakeholders within change and transformation programmes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points For
- Experience across multiple platforms including Aladdin, Temenos, Avaloq, Charles River, SimCorp, FNZ, or similar solutions.
- Knowledge of OMS, IBOR/ABOR, portfolio management, risk management, compliance, or core banking functions.
- Technical skills including SQL, APIs, Python, data analysis, or cloud technologies.
- Experience within consulting, client-facing delivery, or advisory environments.
