We are seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to drive optimisation and transformation across Wealth Management operations, spanning front, middle and back-office environments. This role focuses on Lean-led operational improvement, value stream redesign and AI-enabled process transformation. You will partner with client stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, deliver measurable performance improvements and embed sustainable operating model change across onboarding, servicing and core operational processes.

As AI continues to reshape financial services, you'll be expected to embrace AI-enabled ways of working, using approved AI and automation tools to enhance productivity, accelerate analysis, improve delivery quality and support better client outcomes, while always applying human judgement and responsible AI practices. You'll also help clients identify opportunities to embed AI-enabled capabilities into future operating models where appropriate, balancing innovation with effective governance and oversight.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead wealth operations optimisation initiatives across onboarding, servicing and core operational processes, using approved AI-enabled tools where appropriate to accelerate delivery and improve operational performance.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and value stream mapping to identify cost, efficiency and quality improvement opportunities, leveraging AI-supported analysis to generate deeper operational insights.
  • Design and deliver Agile-led operational transformation programmes that embed sustainable change and responsible AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Identify, assess and implement AI-enabled automation and process redesign opportunities that improve productivity, service quality and operational resilience.
  • Track and evidence measurable efficiency gains, cost optimisation and service improvements using data-driven insights and AI-enabled reporting where appropriate.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience within Wealth Management operations across front, middle and/or back office environments.
  • Demonstrable delivery of Lean-led operational transformation programmes.
  • Exposure to Agile transformation within operational environments and a curiosity for adopting AI-enabled ways of working to improve business outcomes.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience delivering onboarding or servicing optimisation within wealth management environments.
  • Exposure to post-integration or platform-enabled operational transformation.
  • Consulting experience within Wealth & Asset Management.
  • Experience supporting AI transformation initiatives or embedding AI capabilities (including Generative AI, Agentic AI or intelligent automation) into operational change programmes.
