Lead Meaningful Change in Enterprise and Operational Risk
Capco is seeking a Managing Principal with deep expertise in Non-Financial Risk to support the continued growth of our FRRF capability. You’ll lead impactful engagements with major financial institutions, delivering transformative advisory services across operational and enterprise risk. Acting as a strategic advisor, you’ll shape future‑facing risk frameworks and help drive business growth through client development and market leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver risk transformation projects across enterprise and operational risk domains
- Assess and enhance risk processes and controls across the first and second lines of defence
- Interpret regulatory expectations and align client practices accordingly
- Engage and manage stakeholders across all organisational levels to drive collaborative outcomes
- Represent Capco in client‑facing leadership roles and contribute to business development initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in operational or enterprise risk, ideally within financial services
- In‑depth understanding of evolving risk regulations and compliance expectations
- Strong ability to document, assess and improve risk and control processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across varied audiences
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting change and transformation programmes
