The Role
We are seeking experienced London Market Consultants to join our growing Insurance practice. You will work across transformational projects with leading Lloyd's and Companies Market participants, helping to modernise processes, implement digital platforms, and unlock the value of data. From market modernisation initiatives to regulatory compliance and data strategy, you will bring insight and delivery excellence to some of the sector's most complex challenges.
What You'll Do
- Support client engagements and proposal development for London Market transformation initiatives
- Deliver consulting services including business analysis, project management, and data strategy
- Lead cross-functional Capco-client teams and manage senior stakeholder expectations
- Contribute to thought leadership and market insight activities within the London Market
- Drive collaboration across underwriting, claims, reinsurance, and technology teams
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with London Market entities such as syndicates, reinsurers, brokers, and MGAs
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation programmes within insurance
- Strong understanding of both business and IT functions - underwriting, claims, e-trading, policy admin
- Expertise in London Market processes and initiatives (e.g. Future at Lloyd's, RPA, e-trading)
- Solid understanding of the project lifecycle from strategy to implementation and delivery

- Experience in data governance, modelling, or analytics within insurance
- Exposure to agile methodologies and digital change frameworks
- Ability to identify areas for operational improvement and deliver continuous improvement strategies
- Effective collaboration with third-party vendors and external partners
- Prior consulting experience or strong internal transformation experience in FS
