Management Consultant – Finance Transformation (All Levels)Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice

Area: Finance, Risk, Regulatory & Financial Crime | Type: Permanent Drive transformation in the heart of financial services The Role Join Capco as a Finance Transformation Consultant and help leading financial institutions optimise their finance functions, adapt to regulatory change, and implement innovative technology solutions.

You'll work on projects that demand problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and a passion for delivering measurable outcomes, with a focus on finance process automation and optimisation.

You'll also embrace AI-enabled ways of working, using approved AI tools and automation to improve delivery quality, accelerate insight generation, and enhance productivity while applying appropriate human judgement and responsible AI practices.

Lead and support finance transformation initiatives, including operating model design, process improvement, and technology implementation, identifying opportunities to leverage AI-enabled workflows and automation.

Partner with clients to optimise finance processes through solutions such as RPA, AI-enabled workflows, digital technologies, and data-driven reporting.

Manage project governance, risks, and stakeholder communications, ensuring appropriate oversight and validation where AI-assisted tools are utilised.

Build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders while contributing to business development and identifying innovative approaches to finance transformation.

What We're Looking For Proven experience delivering finance transformation projects within financial services.

Strong understanding of finance operating models, accounting principles, and regulatory impacts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage approved AI tools to enhance analysis, productivity, and decision-making.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, together with an interest in responsible AI adoption within finance transformation.

Bonus Points For Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA).

Experience with finance technology platforms such as ERP, Accounting Engines, or Subledger systems.

Hands-on experience delivering automation or AI-enabled finance transformation initiatives.

Previous consulting experience within financial services.
