Learning & Development Specialist (3-Year Fixed-Term Contract)

The Role

Capco is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to join our UK team in London on a 3-year fixed-term contract. This role plays an important part in delivering high-quality learning experiences that support both individual growth and business priorities. Operating as an internal consultancy, the L&D function partners closely with the business to attract, develop, and retain talent. In this role, you will contribute to the design and delivery of key programmes, including induction and leadership development, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with Capco's culture, values, and strategic goals.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning content aligned to organisational and individual development needs
  • Facilitate inclusive and accessible training sessions using modern tools and techniques
  • Plan and coordinate end-to-end delivery of large programmes and events, including inductions and leadership initiatives
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements to maximise impact and value
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a similar role
  • Strong facilitation and training delivery skills across a range of formats
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and organisational levels
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail with effective time management and delivery focus
