The Role

We are seeking an HR Project Analyst to support the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across Capco. This fixed-term role (until 30th September) will play a key part in business analysis activities, working closely with project and programme leads to gather, analyse, and document regional requirements. You will act as a bridge between the HR Programme team and regional stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation of HR modules spanning Recruitment, Onboarding, HR Operations, Payroll, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits. This role combines technical HR systems expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead requirements gathering and analysis across multiple HR workstreams to support SAP SuccessFactors implementation
  • Support system implementation activities including testing (SIT/UAT), integrations, compliance, and data migration
  • Coordinate defect logging and track resolution during system testing phases
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams during system configuration, setup, and enhancements
  • Drive legacy system clean-up activities and create clear supporting documentation and process materials

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally SAP or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong understanding of the hire-to-retire employee lifecycle
  • Experience documenting requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management
  • Analytical capability with experience in data analysis and problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across regional teams
