Capco is seeking a Communication and Engagement Specialist to craft and deliver internal engagement strategies that inspire, inform, and activate change. You will work across large‑scale transformation programmes, designing content and strategies that build momentum and shape meaningful employee experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement internal communication and engagement strategies across transformation programmes
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand colleague engagement needs and map communication channels
  • Create high‑quality communication assets, portals, and storytelling frameworks
  • Define success measures and track the effectiveness of engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand and messaging goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience developing communications strategies for internal change or transformation programmes
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, including confident PowerPoint use
  • Comfort working with brand guidelines and complex stakeholder environments
