The Role
Capco is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong focus on Target Operating Model (TOM) design and delivery to join our Business Consulting practice. This role spans multiple financial services domains, including Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, Banking & Payments, and Insurance. You will work with clients to assess current‑state operating models, define future‑state designs, and support the transition required to realise meaningful, long‑term change. Operating in a consulting environment, you’ll collaborate with business, technology, and data stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, outcome‑focused transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Target Operating Model initiatives, covering current‑state assessment, future‑state design, and transition planning.
- Analyse and design operating model components including processes, governance, data, technology, roles, and controls.
- Work across multiple financial services domains to identify common challenges, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on vision, design principles, and delivery priorities.
- Support delivery teams to translate TOM designs into actionable roadmaps and change initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong business analysis experience with demonstrable Target Operating Model delivery.
- Cross‑domain exposure across Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, Banking & Payments, and/or Insurance.
- Experience designing or supporting changes to processes, operating structures, and ways of working.
- Ability to work with business, technology, and data teams to align operating models with delivery realities.
- Consulting skills including stakeholder engagement, structured problem‑solving, and clear communication.
