  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, process modelling, and supporting business or technology transformation initiatives
  • Ability to bridge business and technology stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable outputs
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Structured analytical thinking with experience using BA tools and techniques (e.g. BPMN, user stories, data analysis)

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Sequel, or legacy policy/claims systems
  • Exposure to Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid) and working within product‑led environments
  • Experience supporting post‑merger integration, regulatory change, or ESG initiatives
  • Professional certifications such as BCS Business Analysis, CBAP, PRINCE2, or Scrum‑related qualifications
  • Experience working in consulting or client‑facing delivery roles
  • Exposure to AI‑enabled solutions, automation, or advanced data use cases
