The Role
As an Agile Coach at Capco, you will partner with clients across the financial services sector to enable sustainable Agile ways of working. This role is focused on coaching teams, leaders and organisations to embed Agile mindsets, behaviours and practices - not just frameworks. You will work across complex, regulated environments, helping clients move beyond process adoption to meaningful, outcome-led change.
What You Will Do
- Coach delivery teams, leaders, and stakeholders to embed Agile principles, behaviours and continuous improvement practices
- Enable organisational Agile maturity through team coaching, leadership engagement and ways-of-working design
- Support clients through Agile transformation journeys, focusing on mindset shift, collaboration and value delivery
- Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and learning sessions that enable reflection, alignment and improvement
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate change, resolve impediments and sustain Agile outcomes
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach working across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Lean thinking and adaptive delivery in complex environments
- Experience coaching within regulated or enterprise-scale organisations
- Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate Agile concepts into practical, outcome-focused ways of working
Bonus Points For
- Experience coaching leaders and senior stakeholders through organisational change
- Exposure to multiple Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Disciplined Agile, XP)
- Agile coaching or facilitation certifications
- Experience working across banking, capital markets, insurance or wealth and asset management
- Background in change, transformation or operating model design
