Capco is seeking an Intelligent Automation Business Analyst with deep RPA expertise to help financial services organisations unlock value through streamlined, automated operations. This outcome-oriented role places you at the intersection of technology and strategy, enabling process improvements and innovation at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Lead process assessments and identify automation opportunities across client functions
- Document current state processes, design future state automation solutions and define technical requirements
- Collaborate with clients and developers to translate business needs into robust RPA solutions
- Support delivery teams throughout the automation lifecycle, including UAT and deployment phases
- Troubleshoot automation issues and contribute to structured change control processes
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience working with Intelligent Automation technologies at scale
- Familiarity with RPA vendors such as UiPath, Blue Prism, WorkFusion, and Automation Anywhere
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex processes
- Experience identifying automation feasibility, removing process waste, and designing fit-for-purpose solutions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Points For
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, OCR tools (Abby), or process mining (Celonis)
- Knowledge of agile methodology and experience working within a scrum team
- Background in VBA, .NET, Python, or similar scripting languages for automation
- Lean Six Sigma skills or business process modelling experience
