You'll work with stakeholders across the business to provide the structure, insight, and coordination needed to keep strategic initiatives on track while developing your career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a PMO Analyst, you'll support the successful delivery of projects and programmes by maintaining governance standards, producing insightful reporting, coordinating project activities, and ensuring accurate project documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least two years of PMO experience looking to broaden their exposure within a dynamic, global organisation.
What You'll Do
- Support project governance by maintaining RAID logs, project plans, action trackers, and status reporting.
- Produce accurate project reporting, dashboards, and management information to support decision-making.
- Coordinate project meetings, governance forums, and documentation while ensuring actions are tracked through to completion.
- Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and financial information, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with project managers and business stakeholders to promote consistent delivery standards and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a PMO Analyst or Project Support role.
- Experience supporting multiple projects within a structured project delivery environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across different business functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.

- Experience supporting change, transformation, or technology projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Waterfall.
