Capco is seeking experienced Business Analysts to support long-term strategic programmes with major investment banking clients across Scotland. Working closely with both technical and business stakeholders, you’ll help identify improvement areas, deliver effective change, and drive Agile practices across fast-paced, regulated environments. What You’ll Do
- Lead workshops and gather requirements to inform functional specifications and user stories.
- Map and analyse business processes and customer journeys to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Deliver change initiatives from business case to UAT planning and execution.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and third parties to drive successful outcomes.
- Champion Agile methodologies and support continuous improvement across project lifecycles.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Business Analyst experience in the Financial Services sector, particularly within Capital Markets.
- Hands‑on delivery across the full project lifecycle, including stakeholder engagement and testing phases.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of data interpretation and recommendation building.
- Effective communicator, comfortable engaging technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Familiarity with change methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks.
Bonus Points For
- Experience working directly in or with investment banks.
- Ability to lead or mentor junior BAs within a project setting.
- Understanding of project planning principles and exposure to PM disciplines.
- Solid academic background and demonstrable problem‑solving capability.
