Capco is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑quality, proactive support to senior leaders within the UK business. Acting as a trusted partner, you will help executives manage priorities, coordinate complex schedules, and ensure the smooth running of leadership activities. This role requires strong organisational capability, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities within a fast‑paced consulting environment. You will work closely with Executives, the wider Executive Assistant community, and internal teams to support leadership engagement, governance activities, and client interactions.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex executive diaries, ensuring schedules and priorities align with key business objectives
  • Support preparation for leadership meetings, governance forums, and client engagements, including coordinating materials and briefing packs
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting effective communication and engagement
  • Process expenses, invoices, and administrative requirements while tracking actions and follow‑ups from key meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience supporting senior leaders as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Experience working within a professional services, consulting, banking, or corporate environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex diaries, competing priorities, and stakeholder relationships
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points For

  • Experience supporting Partner, Managing Director, or C‑suite level executives
  • Experience coordinating leadership meetings, governance forums, or executive‑level events
  • Familiarity working with cross‑functional teams such as HR, Finance, IT, and Facilities
  • Experience preparing executive briefing materials or presentations
  • Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives within administrative or operational processes
