The Role
As an Early Years Careers Lead, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of early-career talent programmes across Capco. You will oversee the full lifecycle of development for apprentices, graduates, interns, and career-changers entering the organisation. Working closely with business leaders, technical SMEs, HR, Talent Acquisition, and external training partners, you will ensure that early-career professionals develop both consulting capability and foundational technical knowledge aligned with our work across financial services, banking, and insurance.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver early-career development programmes including apprenticeships, graduate schemes, and structured learning pathways.
- Manage multiple cohorts, tracking progress, supporting development, and providing coaching throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Partner with business leaders and SMEs to ensure learning content aligns with consulting capabilities and evolving financial services needs.
- Oversee apprenticeship programmes, including levy utilisation, regulatory compliance, and relationships with training providers.
- Use programme data, feedback, and performance insights to continuously improve development journeys and learning outcomes.
- Ad-hoc engagement on wider global L&D projects and initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working within a professional management consultancy environment.
- Strong understanding of financial services, banking, or insurance sectors.
- Proven experience designing and delivering early-career development or apprenticeship programmes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate across business leaders, HR, and external partners.
- Excellent programme management skills with the ability to oversee multiple cohorts and development pathways simultaneously.
