  • Partner with consulting and delivery teams to assess organisational impacts, identify change risks, and implement communication strategies that improve adoption outcomes.
  • Support client relationship development by contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and broader commercial or business development activities where appropriate.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering communications and engagement activities within change management, transformation, or AI implementation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement strategies, and organisational change methodologies.
  • Previous consulting experience with the ability to manage stakeholders across complex organisational environments.
