  • Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and learning sessions that enable reflection, alignment and improvement
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate change, resolve impediments and sustain Agile outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach working across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, Lean thinking and adaptive delivery in complex environments
  • Experience coaching within regulated or enterprise-scale organisations
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to translate Agile concepts into practical, outcome-focused ways of working

Bonus Points For

  • Experience coaching leaders and senior stakeholders through organisational change
  • Exposure to multiple Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Disciplined Agile, XP)
  • Agile coaching or facilitation certifications
  • Experience working across banking, capital markets, insurance or wealth and asset management
  • Background in change, transformation or operating model design

Why Join Capco

  • Deliver high-impact change for leading financial services organisations
  • Work in a collaborative, flat and entrepreneurial consulting culture
  • Access continuous learning, coaching, and industry-recognised certifications
  • Be part of a growing Agile and Business Consulting community
  • Shape how Agile is applied across complex, real-world environments

  • 5 weeks of annual leave with the option to buy or sell days
  • Enhanced family-friendly policies including parental leave and paid life-event leave
  • Minimum 40 hours of learning annually, plus a dedicated Business Coach from day one
  • Access to wellbeing, mental health, and lifestyle benefits
