Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner

The Role
At Capco, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead full-cycle recruitment across our Canadian business for a variety of technology and consulting roles including business analysts, project managers, and developers to experts in cybersecurity, cloud, and AI. In this role you will partner with leaders to understand hiring demands, design targeted recruitment strategies and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of a global technology consulting firm known for innovation, inclusion, and impact.
This role can be done from Toronto or Montreal. For a new joiner in Montreal, in addition to the responsibilities below, you will also be the first member of the People and Culture team in our new Montreal office. At times, you will have responsibilities to support broader people programs and employees as necessary.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top, diverse candidates across Capco's domains – Banking & Payments, Insurance, Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management and Energy.
- Partner closely with business and practice leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and technical skill profiles.
- Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, Boolean/internet data research and referrals.
- Deliver best-in-class candidate experiences throughout the full recruitment lifecycle – from attraction to onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment metrics, insights, and data integrity while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide support for strategic recruitment initiatives, such as Associate Training Program for new grads and internship / co-op hiring and growing our talent community and our alumni program.
- Collaborate with the People and Culture team to optimize recruitment processes, tools, and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years' full-cycle technical recruitment experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Fully bilingual French-English for verbal and written
- Experience recruiting in Ontario, Quebec and Alberta
- Proven success partnering with senior stakeholders and leaders to deliver hiring strategy and results.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills across all levels of the business.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple technical disciplines (e.g., data, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, digital, etc.).
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and thrive in a dynamic, solutions-focused environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.

- Experience recruiting within Financial Services or Consulting.
- Experience working with Greenhouse and/or Success Factors

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.

Our compensation policies and salary ranges are designed to allow our people to progress through the salary range as they demonstrate strong performance and develop in their role over time. The base pay offered to selected candidates will be within the salary range and the placement will vary based upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity.
