We are working with our client to identify experienced PSA and Nuclear Risk professionals to join their team. The organisation is involved in a range of major nuclear programmes in the UK and internationally, supporting both new build and existing facilities.
The role focuses on probabilistic safety assessment and nuclear risk analysis within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver probabilistic safety assessments and nuclear risk studies
- Develop and maintain fault tree and event tree models
- Contribute to safety cases and risk-informed engineering decisions
- Produce technical safety and risk analysis reports
- Work with engineering teams across complex nuclear projects
- Degree in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a similar discipline
- Experience in PSA / PRA or nuclear risk analysis within the nuclear sector
- Understanding of fault trees, event trees, and reliability modelling
- Experience contributing to nuclear safety assessments or safety cases
- Experience with tools such as RiskSpectrum, CAFTA, SAPHIRE, or similar
- Familiarity with UK nuclear regulatory frameworks
Location: Hybrid working with regular attendance near Bristol, UK.
