Capacity Planning is a high-powered creative team which is shaping the transportation planning and execution within the Last Mile & Middle Mile operations network.
This team develops and applies innovative transportation management concepts to improve and enhance the transportation network and bring the best customer experience through reliability and cost efficiencies.
We are looking for a Capacity Planning Manager to own and implement strategic, cross-functional management initiatives.

- Lead process improvement initiatives with aim to improve operational performance.
- Establish and maintain the operations metrics and communicate them to leadership and other. stakeholders through daily/weekly review meetings
- Document the standard operating procedures and take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments and among the network.
- Work closely with stakeholders to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their areas.
- Independently own the designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining the large scale projects.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Math, Engineering, Science or Business - Experience in business analytics with demonstrated proficiency in quantitative analysis using SQL, databases, and Excel in a business environment - Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, including operations - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience using Excel and querying relational databases with SQL (or other query language), and working with large complex data sets to design models and scenarios - Experience working with Excel and large-scale data mining and reporting tools such as Python, SQL or Tableau
