We’re a new data-led sales agency acting as the outsourced corporate sales function for some of London’s leading experiential venues.

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Business Development Manager to drive corporate bookings and revenue on behalf of our venue clients.

\You’ll build pipeline, win corporate business and manage bookings across a portfolio of standout London venues — backed by a sales system built by operators and driven by data.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and CRM management, with a proven ability to generate new business, build lasting relationships with corporate buyers, manage bookings end to end, and consistently hit revenue targets.

\n •Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in hospitality, events or experiential venues.

\n •Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to pipeline and decision-making.

\n •Sales-focused, results-driven mindset, with the drive to lead outbound prospecting, not just handle inbound enquiries.

\n •Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills.

\n •Identify and develop new corporate business across our venue clients — outbound prospecting, referrals and re-engaging past bookers.

\n •Manage and nurture corporate buyer relationships from first enquiry through to confirmed booking and contract.

\n •Maintain accurate pipeline and activiwithin the CRM.

Monitor sales performance and produce regular reports and forecasts for internal use and for venue clients.

\n •Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
