At Capably, we’re building technology that helps businesses operate more efficiently, eliminating complexity and friction with seamless automation.
As Marketing Manager at Capably, you’ll define how we tell our story to the market. You’ll shape our positioning, sharpen our messaging, and lead the programs that build awareness, credibility, and demand as we scale. This is not a brand-only role. You’ll sit at the centre of narrative, execution, and growth—turning product insight, customer outcomes, and market opportunity into content, campaigns, and initiatives that move the business forward. From thought leadership and website messaging to events and launch materials, your work will help determine how Capably is understood by customers, partners, and the broader market. Capably is actively investing more in content and thought leadership, particularly to strengthen positioning in the US market.
We believe strong marketing is not about noise—it’s about clarity, consistency, and commercial impact. You’ll develop and run marketing initiatives that help Capably reach the right audiences, communicate a differentiated story, and generate momentum across the funnel. You’ll work closely with leadership, design, sales, and product to translate company priorities into effective campaigns and assets. That includes developing content, refining messaging, supporting events, improving the website, and helping create the materials that make Capably easier to understand and easier to buy. Recent internal priorities already include a website release, whitepaper review, a 10-week marketing program, founder content, and event preparation, all of which reflect the shape of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve Capably’s marketing strategy across brand, content, campaigns, and go-to-market execution
- Develop clear messaging and positioning that communicates Capably’s value to the right audiences
- Lead thought leadership, content, and narrative development across channels
- Partner with design to ship high-quality marketing assets, website updates, and campaign materials
- Support events, outbound initiatives, and market-facing programs that build awareness and pipeline
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership to ensure marketing aligns with business priorities
Your work will help Capably build a stronger market presence, create more consistent demand, and turn company momentum into a repeatable marketing engine. Internal discussions also show active investment in educational content, blog visuals, one-pagers, and broader website development, which gives this role a broad surface area across both strategy and execution.
Success in this role means combining strategic judgment with hands-on execution. You’ll need to move quickly, write clearly, manage multiple workstreams, and keep quality high while the company evolves fast. The right person will know how to build a narrative, prioritise ruthlessly, and turn incomplete inputs into polished output.
By staying close to the market and close to the company’s priorities, you’ll help Capably build a marketing function that is not just creative but highly effective. Your ability to translate what we are building into stories and campaigns that resonate will be essential to our next phase of growth.
What You Bring:
- Strong experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, product marketing, or growth marketing
- Ability to develop clear positioning and turn complex products into compelling messaging
- Strong writing and communication skills across content, campaigns, and customer-facing materials
- Experience managing cross-functional marketing initiatives from concept through execution
- Good judgment on brand, narrative, and what actually resonates with the market
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership and ambiguity
- Experience with enterprise software, AI, SaaS, or category creation is a strong plus
Your work will help Capably become not just a company with a strong product, but one with a strong market voice. If you’re excited to build narrative, drive execution, and help shape how an ambitious AI company grows, we’d love to hear from you.
