We love what we do here and are looking to recruit Support Workers for our Tayview service based in Perth. The role involves supporting people with a variety of complex disabilities to live independently in our bright, spacious, purpose-built residential setting, with idyllic grounds and amazing facilities such as a hydrotherapy pool, rebound therapy and an accessible gym. It’s an exciting time to join and help us shape our big plans for our brand new facilities, which are coming soon.

You will be supporting our customers on either one-to-one or group care; your day will include helping them with their personal care, dressing, medication, mealtimes and participating in their chosen activities for that day. These include arts and crafts, games days on campus or trips to the cinema, shopping, or football.

What you need to know:

  • Hours: Up to 37 hours per week. We are a 24/7 service, meaning we have a variety of shifts available on a 3 week rotation. Shifts may include early shifts, day shifts and/or back shifts. A 17-hour night shift post is also available. We can consider relief, part time and full-time applications for various hours.
  • Location: Upper Springland Campus, Isla Road, Perth, PH2 7HQ.
  • Social care experience essential. Please refer to our careers page for roles which do not require experience.
  • Drivers preferred but not essential; while we welcome applications from drivers, we can consider non-drivers. If you do need to go out and about with our customer for that dinner and cinema trip, your costs are covered.
