We put our customers and learners at the heart of everything we do and will make sure their voices are heard loud and clear.

We support people with a variety of complex disabilities to live independently in our bright, fully adapted, residential settings based in Fife. In these beautiful settings, each individual has their own bedroom, private or jack & jill bathrooms and shared communal spaces. You will be supporting our customers on either one-to-one or group care; your day will include helping them with their personal care, dressing, medication, mobility, mealtimes and participating in their chosen activities for that day. Such as fun community-based activities including going shopping, to the football, the cinema or having a giggle at our games or themed days.

What you need to know:

  • Hours: Up to 36 hours per week. Working a mix of dayshift and backshifts and a rotational basis – Relief, Nightshift & weekend only posts are also available.
  • Location: Various locations throughout Fife.
  • Drivers preferred but not essential; we can consider non-drivers. If you do need to go out and about with our customer for that dinner and cinema trip, your costs are covered.
