16–36 hrs/week, permanent contracts (12‑hour shifts available)
£12.60/hr (+ £13.23/hr night premium) | £23,650 p.a. pro‑rata
About the Role
As a Supported Living Support Worker, you’ll help adults with complex physical and learning disabilities to live independently and on their terms.
- Live independently in their own homes or adapted small residential settings
- Access the community and enjoy activities such as shopping, cinema visits, football matches, and themed days
- Receive personal care and practical support, including mobility, medication, dressing, mealtimes, housework, and laundry
- Build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging
What We Offer
- £12.60/hr (£23,650 p.a. pro‑rata) with £13.23/hr nightshift premium
- Fully funded SVQ qualification – yours for life
- Permanent contracts: 16, 19, 24, 26, 31.5, or 36 hrs/week; 12‑hour shifts available

- 32 days’ holiday, increasing to 37 with service

Shift Patterns
Days (typically 7am–2:45pm), Backshifts (2pm–10pm), Nightshifts (10pm–7am), over 7‑day rolling rotas. Weekend‑only or relief/bank roles available.
Key Information
This role does not qualify for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
