The Role – Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you’ll help people with complex disabilities:
- Live independently in their own homes or our small, adapted residential settings.
- Access the community and enjoy activities such as shopping trips, cinema visits, football matches, themed days, and more.
- Receive personal care, support with mobility, medication, dressing, house work, laundry and mealtimes.
- Build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging.
What We Offer
- Fully funded SVQ qualification (yours for life)
- Permanent contracts: 16, 19, 24, 26, 31.5, or 36 hrs/week
- Rolling rotas so you always know your shifts
- 32 days’ holiday (increasing to 37 with service)

- Various shift patterns available: dayshifts (typically 7am-2.45pm), backshifts (typically 2pm-10pm), nightshifts (typically 10pm-7am), over 7 days on rolling rotas with weekend only or relief/bank positions available too, there is something for everyone!
- This role does not qualify for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
