I am a 79-year-old man looking for carers to help me when I get out of hospital. I am looking for personal assistants to cover 28 hours a week. You will be working as a team and paired up with another PA due to my needs.
The hours I would be needing are 1 hour in the morning at about 9am, half an hour at 2pm and half an hour at bedtime at about 7pm. These times are open to some flexibility.
The role would include getting me in and out of bed, getting me dressed, showering, toileting and helping me to move around the house. Due to my needs, I use a hoist so experience with this will be helpful but not mandatory as training will be provided.
If you can cover any of the visits please apply. Hours can be discussed at interview. The rate of pay would be £15 per hour with paid annual leave of 5.6 weeks pro rata. A suitable PVG is required.
