About the Role
As a Supported Living Support Worker, you’ll help adults with complex physical and learning disabilities:
- Live independently in their own homes or adapted small adapted residential settings
- Access the community and enjoy activities such as shopping, cinema visits, football matches, and themed days
- Receive personal care and practical support, including mobility, medication, dressing, mealtimes, housework, and laundry
- Build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging

What We Offer
- £13.45/hr (£25,947.47 p.a. pro-rata) with £14.12/hr nightshift premium

- Permanent contracts: 4 x 37 hours & 2 x 18.5 hour contracts available

- Experience preferred but not essential — full training provided
- Driving license and access to vehicle essential

Key Information
- Shift patterns: Days (typically 7am–2:45pm), Backshifts (2pm–10pm), Nightshifts (10pm–7am), over 7-day rolling rotas - one in three weekends off. Weekend-only or relief/bank roles available.
- Locations: Dunfermline (KY12) & Rosyth (KY11)
- This role does not qualify for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship
