Capability Scotland is seeking a Team Leader to support our Day Centre and Community Outreach services in Perth. You will lead our support teams to deliver person-centred care to adults with complex disabilities, rota management, and recruitment and development of staff.
This role also involves overseeing care plans, medicines procedures, safety and budgeting, while coordinating with families and care professionals.
