Support Workers / Community Living Assistants
Location: Upper Springland Campus, Isla Road, Perth, PH2 7HQ
Pay: £13.45 per hour (up to £25,947.47 per year, pro rata)
Hours: Up to 37 hours per week
Contract Types: Full-time, part-time and relief/bank roles available
Shifts: Day, evening, weekend and night shifts, plus school-hours options within day services.
About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will support individuals with personal care, medication, and mealtimes and encourage participation in activities such as arts, music, baking, sports, cinema trips and more. You will help individuals build confidence and independence, provide both one-to-one and group support, follow and contribute to person-centred care plans, and maintain accurate records and report any changes.

Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in social care, residential or community-based support.
- Experience supporting individuals with Autism, brain or spinal injuries, epilepsy, cerebral palsy or similar needs.
- Experience with personal care and medication support.
- Experience facilitating activities and community engagement.
- Experience with person-centred planning and documentation.
- Desirable: Knowledge of AAC or Makaton.
- Desirable: Driving licence (for roles involving adapted vehicles).
- Desirable: SVQ qualification or SSSC registration.
