Capability Scotland in Perth is seeking experienced social care professionals to join our Day Centre and Community Outreach services. You will support adults with complex disabilities in our purpose-built hub, assist with personal care, medication support and mealtimes, and help customers engage in community activities.
Roles are up to 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends.
