Location: Upper Springland, Perth, Isla Road, PH2 7 HQ.

Hours: 0 hours/relief-bank Contract: Relief-Bank.

About the Job

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team at Capability Scotland, Upper Springland Campus. You’ll help keep our customer flats and shared spaces sparkling clean and safe, creating a comfortable environment for everyone who lives and works here. No two days are the same, and your work really makes a difference in people’s lives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Cleaning rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
  • Running laundry duties – washing, drying, and sorting clothes and linens.
  • Keeping stock of cleaning supplies and notifying when low.
  • Filling in cleaning checklists after each shift.
  • Following health and safety rules to keep everyone safe.
  • Pitching in to help the team and stepping up when the Senior Administrator is away.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Some experience with cleaning or housekeeping.
  • A good eye for detail and high cleaning standards.
  • Friendly, positive attitude and a team player.
  • Able to follow safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • Good at organising your time and getting things done.
  • Flexibility for covering existing housekeeping teams during periods of leave (shifts: Sundays 0800‑1530, Mondays 0800‑1600, Tuesdays 0800‑1600; availability on 7 days per week).
